Internationally acclaimed DJ, Missy Jay, announced the launch of her official website after wrapping up performances at the prestigious London Boat Show on behalf of Benetti Yachts, the leading manufacturer of high-end yachts in the world. The event was held at the hyper-sophisticated Mayfair London, a private member club.
“I was so excited to play again for the fabulous Benetti luxury yachts,” said Miss Jay. “I just love their style and I am grateful to Francesca who is the international event manager there, to always think about me in regards to the music for their events. We have travelled to Miami a couple of times and we had such a great time together. I’m blessed!”
The London event for Benetti marks a return to the venue for the jet-setting DJ, who has played for them on numerous occasions. She performed at international boat shows in Miami, Florida USA on several occasions and at the Yachtmaster Boat Show in Italy. She’s already has an impressive itinerary lined up for the year that includes playing for London fashion shows and luxury events for well-known art galleries and international brands.
She’s also been hard at work developing her newly launched website, where fans and industry professionals can find information on the artist, her music, radio show, pictures, news and upcoming gigs. The musician’s legion of fans can sign up for news and updates via email.
Now based in London after many years of living in Ibiza off the coast of Spain, Missy Jay is hailed as one of the best 10 female DJs in the world by Djette.com and her productions have been lauded by Grammy Award winner Dubfire. She’s rated number 5 on the Beatport Tech House Charts and is active on her Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts.
When the high-energy performer isn’t thrilling audiences at luxury events, she owns and operates her own independent record label, MJM-Records. She also has a popular Jayland Radio show that’s broadcast live in the UK that’s regularly uploaded on MixCloud, iTunes, podcast services and various FM radio stations worldwide.
She started the podcast in London last February after a series of workshops with BBC Radio 1Xtra producer, Carol Berry. Missy Jay is utilizing her podcast as a platform to showcase promising new artists.
